Everybody had a blast on this Black Level ride in gorgeous country with spectacular views and cactus flowers in bloom. Brandy was trail boss but all led at some point, starting on soft red sand but then up up up climbing that got pretty technical – riding a mile long cliff edge overlooking Grand Junction and Book Cliffs. The other four brave souls were Juleen, Gwen, Shawnee and Robert. They met at the Opal Hill Trail Head in Fruits and Brandy reports that there at the bottom is miles of Green Level riding should one not be quite as adventurous as the above five.
